개인정보처리방침
레드문(이하 "운영자")은 브랜드 "우리의"(uriui.com)와 그 하위 사이트, 그리고 Meta Threads API를 사용하는 앱 redmoon-threads(이하 "앱")를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 운영자가 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하고, 얼마 동안 보관하며, 어떻게 삭제를 요청할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

2. Threads 앱(redmoon-threads)이 처리하는 정보
이 앱은 운영자 본인의 Threads 계정 1개만 사용하는 내부 도구이며, 다른 이용자에게 제공되지 않습니다. 다른 사람이 이 앱으로 로그인하거나 계정을 연결하는 기능은 없습니다.
2-1. 운영자 본인 계정의 게시
- 사용 권한: threads_basic, threads_content_publish, threads_manage_replies
- 용도: 운영자가 자신의 계정으로 아래 4개 사이트의 안내 게시물을 올리고, 그 게시물에 링크가 담긴 첫 댓글을 다는 것
- 대상 사이트: fee.uriui.com(상가 관리비 배분), building.uriui.com(건물 법정점검 캘린더), safety.uriui.com(다중이용업소 분기점검 수첩), privacy.uriui.com(개인정보 안전조치 점검 수첩)
- 보관: 운영자 컴퓨터에 게시 기록(게시물 ID, 게시 시각)과 운영자 본인의 접근 토큰만 저장합니다.
2-2. 키워드 검색 (threads_keyword_search)
- 용도: 운영자가 "관리비 내역", "소방 점검", "다중이용업소 점검", "개인정보 안전조치" 같은 주제어로 공개된 Threads 게시물을 검색하고, 소규모 건물주·자영업자가 실제로 묻는 질문을 사람이 직접 읽어 봅니다. 도움이 될 수 있는 경우에만 운영자가 직접 판단해 답글을 작성합니다.
- 처리 항목: 검색 결과로 받은 공개 게시물의 고유 주소(permalink)와 짧은 본문 발췌
- 보관 장소와 기간: 운영자 컴퓨터의 로컬 작업 목록에만 저장하며, 저장일로부터 최대 30일이 지나면 삭제합니다.
- 저장하지 않는 것: 다른 이용자의 프로필 정보, 팔로워 목록, 연락처 등. 위 항목 외의 개인정보는 저장하지 않습니다.
- 자동 답글, 자동 메시지, 대량 발송을 하지 않습니다. 모든 답글은 운영자가 직접 읽고 직접 작성합니다.
- 프로필 수집(스크래핑)이나 이용자 데이터베이스 구축을 하지 않습니다.
- Threads에서 받은 정보를 판매·대여하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- Threads에서 받은 정보를 다른 출처의 정보와 결합해 개인을 식별하는 데 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 사이트 신청 양식이 처리하는 정보
4개 사이트의 대기 신청·자료 받기 양식은 Threads 앱과 별개이며, 이용자가 직접 입력해 제출한 경우에만 정보를 받습니다.

제출된 정보는 Cloudflare, Inc.가 제공하는 클라우드 데이터베이스(Cloudflare D1)에 저장됩니다. 사이트는 Cloudflare를 통해 호스팅되며, 이 과정에서 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)이 Cloudflare에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
운영자는 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 기간이 지난 정보의 파기
- Threads 키워드 검색 결과: 저장일로부터 30일 이내에 로컬 파일에서 삭제합니다.
- 사이트 신청 정보: 6개월이 지나거나 철회 요청을 받으면 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다.
- 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. support@uriui.com으로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이(늦어도 10일 이내) 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치
- Threads 접근 토큰과 로컬 작업 목록은 운영자 본인 컴퓨터에만 보관하며 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
- 사이트 데이터베이스 접근 권한은 운영자 본인으로 제한합니다.

Privacy Policy
Redmoon (the "Operator"), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea, operates the brand "uriui" (uriui.com), its sub-sites, and redmoon-threads (the "App"), an app that uses the Meta Threads API. This policy explains what information we process, why, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion.
1. Who we are

2. Threads data the App accesses
The App is an internal tool used only by the Operator with a single Threads account. It is not offered to other users, and no one else can log in to or connect an account to it.
2-1. Publishing from the Operator's own account
- Permissions: threads_basic, threads_content_publish, threads_manage_replies
- Purpose: the Operator publishes posts about four small business tools from the Operator's own account and adds a first reply containing the link.
- Sites: fee.uriui.com (shop-building maintenance fee allocation), building.uriui.com (building statutory inspection calendar), safety.uriui.com (quarterly safety check log for multi-use businesses), privacy.uriui.com (personal data protection checklist).
- Storage: only a local publishing log (post IDs, timestamps) and the Operator's own access token, kept on the Operator's computer.
2-2. Keyword search (threads_keyword_search)
- Purpose: the Operator searches public Threads posts for topic keywords (e.g. maintenance fee statements, fire safety inspections, multi-use business inspections, personal data protection measures) to find questions asked by small building owners and small business owners. The Operator reads each result personally and decides, case by case, whether to write a helpful reply by hand.
- Data processed: the permalink and a short text excerpt of public posts returned by search.
- Storage and retention: kept only in a local working list on the Operator's computer and deleted within 30 days of being saved.
- Not stored: other users' profile information, follower lists, contact details, or any personal data beyond the items above.
- No automated replies, automated messages, or mass messaging. Every reply is read and written by the Operator personally.
- No scraping of profiles and no building of user databases.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of Threads data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
- No combining of Threads data with other data to identify individuals.
3. Website forms
Separately from the App, the waitlist and free-resource forms on the four sites collect information only when a visitor submits it.

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1, a cloud database provided by Cloudflare, Inc. The sites are hosted on Cloudflare, which may process access logs (such as IP addresses) as part of hosting.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
- Threads keyword search results: deleted from the local file within 30 days of being saved.
- Website form submissions: deleted after 6 months or upon withdrawal request.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent, at any time by emailing support@uriui.com. We will verify the request and respond without delay, within 10 days at the latest.

7. Security
The Threads access token and the local working list are kept only on the Operator's own computer and are never published. Access to the site database is limited to the Operator.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
